Messing with my Head

I got on the scale Tuesday morning and saw....299.8.  See ya 300s!  In my excitement I hopped off and grabbed my phone to take a pic and share here, obvs.  I hope back on and.....300.4.  again, and again and again.  I never see 299 again.  Not only that but flipping 300.4 is where I've been (more or less) for MORE THAN A WEEK.

I've been really working it this week, I even went to a Zumba class!  I hopped on this morning and.......300.0.

My scale just WILL NOT give it up.  I really really really hope to say 'see ya' to the 300s by the end of the week.  For realz.

  1. That sucks. It's gotta be really frustrating. Stupid scale! I bet if you keep doing Zumba, or some other workout, you'll see those numbers start to move again. Just keep at it!

    Keep on keepin' on. You're still making progress, even if the scale doesn't always show it!
