Week 2: Weigh-in

As I mentioned in an earlier post this was a slow week on the scale.  I realize by a lot of standards it's actually really good but considering the drastic surgery and low low calories I'm bummed out.  I could have lost this in a week on my own.  I'm still praying it's just PMS/water retention and not that I'm going to be a slow loser throughout this entire process.

Here are my stats:
HW: 335
SW: 327.1
CW: 310.8

Total Loss (from highest): 24.2
Loss this week of: 3.8

  1. No I know. I think it's a good reminder to keep things in perspective for everyone. Your fat days are my DREAM skinny days. But, my 3 lb loss this week, which I complained about, is something you'd have been grateful for, etc. Keep on keepin' on.
