Let's Talk About Goals

I've been thinking about what my goals are.  I feel like I want to get them down on 'paper' so I can revisit them and see how I progress against them.  Instead of only weight loss goals, I'd also like to revisit certain milestones in my life of weight struggle.

HW:335
SW: 327
CW: 310.8

Goal #1: Weight when I got pregnant (304)
Goal #2: Into the 200s!
Goal #3: 50 lb loss (285)
Goal #4: 75 lb loss and  approximate Wedding Weight! (260)
Goal #5: Down 100 and lower than lowest ever as an adult (which was 237)  (235)

after this point I really have no milestones - and certainly no concept of what it would look like so I'll just go by weight targets.   I know that my surgeon's goal was to lose about 75-80% of my excess weight (and that's right around 125 lb loss).  Making it to the 190s -180s would be a loss of about 150.   Let's see if I can get there.

Goal #9 7*: ONEDERLAND! (199)
Goal #10 8*: Down 150! (185)


*Math is fundamental.  Sorry for the pathetic attempt at counting.

    1. I want to, for sure, but I think at some point the entirely new wardrobe may be my reward :)
