I realize the navy shirt and jeans makes it a little hard to see, but it's what I'm wearing today. I also conveniently match my new office, LOL.
Anyway, I wanted to have pics in both normal clothes as well as in a tank and yoga pants. I always liked seeing both on people's blogs because the tank/yoga pants shows you more of the bodies transformation but it's not really what I look like. The real clothing pic gives you a sense of what someone looks like on a normal day out and about.
I guess it's also time to divulge my stats, huh? OK. Here goes nothing:
Height: 5' 8" (I hate when people leave their height out...)
Highest Weight (HW): 335
Weight on Surgery Day (SW): 327.1 @hospital.
Clothes: 3x/26W in most things
Front
Side
Bright and early as we left for the hospital
Ooof

good luck tomorrow! What is your goal weight by the way?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure. This surgery loses on average something like 70% of your excess weight. So, at say 330 and high normal BMI for my height is 165 that makes an excess of exactly 165. I am two people, net net.
DeleteSo 70% of 165 is a weight loss of 115 leaving me at 215. That would mean the surgery was an average success. I'd like to get below 200 - that's my goal. Other than that I really have no concept or frame of reference!
