Womp, womp. First Posted Gain

I posted my first official gain this week.  Just keeping it real here on the blog.  I have certainly had bloat/gain during the week but by Monday it's gone.  This week, not so much.

Let's rewind.

Last Monday I was riding high off my second week losing 4.4 in a row.  I was at 246.2, so so close to my goal of 245 (which I was stretching to reach by my birthday).

Ever since Monday my weight has been going up.  It wasn't even birthday over-celebration.  I don't even know.  I guess I'm due for a stall having not really had one yet after consistently losing for 20+ weeks.  Doesn't make it any easier.  Add to that the crappy feelings which did lead me to eat more than I should have (not full out 'cheating' but more snacking, tasting, picking, etc). Then, add to that some severe constipation (sorry, TMI, but this is my corner of the interwebz and poop is an OK topic).  The lowest I saw all week was 246.

I am going to be super cautious this week, track my food, really try to get all liquids (especially water) to help with the....stuck intestines and get all my protein PLUS a protein drink every day.  I should also probably go to the Gym. We'll see.
