Week 23 Update


This was a tough week.  Let's revisit.  Two weeks ago was tough (gained .4),  Last week rocked my socks off with a 6.6 lb loss, then this week we just finished was rough again with another .4 lb gain.

As you may have read earlier this week I experimented with not weighing myself every day (and didn't like it).  I got my period and faced wicked wicked constipation this weekend.  Also, I indulged more than I should have Friday night and again last night.  If I was trying to maintain I'd be happy, but I'm not.  I'm hoping it was a mixture of my body needing a break after such a big loss week and the fact that I wasn't 100%.  However, I also went to the Gym a lot so that makes me bummed out again.

Oh well.  'Tis in the past, nothing I can do but move forward.  Trying again this week to dedicate myself to protein goals (DRINK SHAKES) and getting all my water in.  I think that's the key.

Also?  Only eating when I'm hungry or at least 'ready' - sometimes I don't get real hunger.  I need to MINDFULLY eat and really think before I put something in my mouth.

So, the numbers:

HW: 335
SW: 327
CW: 240.4.

Gain of .4, total loss of just about 95 lbs.
