Week 9: Weigh-in

As I mentioned earlier this week I finally hit 50 lbs lost.  Then, as I also mentioned earlier, I bounced up a few ounces and feel like a total fraud for saying I hit 50 before it "stuck".  Of course, today is the official day and I'm still up those few ounces.  So, what do I do. Do I record the 'real' weight, or do I record that 50 I saw earlier in the week?

In the interest of journalistic integrity, I'll be honest.  Here goes:

HW: 335
SW: 327
CW: 285(.8 - damn that decimal).

Loss of: 49.2

I had an unusual weekend.  The most "off plan" I've been so I think that accounts for the scale but I'm just back at it today with liquid, protein, etc  Of course, this week I have two dinners out for work which is very unusual.  Gotta learn how to deal with those so might as well just jump in.
