I've been a blog slacker lately, I just haven't had that much to share.
I'm trying to move from eating like a 'diet' - all weird random protein - to eating like a normal person but making smart choices and way way smaller portions. I am worried it might be impacting my weight loss though so I guess it might be back to just protein. Sigh.
This week was was down to 288.4 (was 290 last WI day). Today I was 289.8 so essentially no loss. It's so hard not to be frustrated and think it's my "fault" instead of just my body taking a minute to catch up to having lost nearly 11.5 lbs in 2 weeks. I always just assume it's that I didn't get to the gym as much, I wasn't journalling my food (not writing but still counted in my head) and that I moved away a little from my strict strict eating. So, I don't know what caused it but it's annoying.
So, come Monday what do I do. Do I go back to my super strict eating? Do I just keep on keepin' on and it'll catch up? BLAH!
