You'll recall that I recently confessed to a 'secret goal'. I'm thrilled to report that I met that goal! I was down actually 80.4 during the week but this morning, official weight in day (whhhhhy always on official weigh-in day?), I bounced up a little bit to 255 meaning 80 lbs exactly.
I've been doing about 10 lbs in 3 weeks (like I've been staying in the same 'decade' of weight lately for 3 weigh-ins in a row). In order to get out of the 250s this week and stay on track I need a 6 lb week. Oooooof. We'll see.
Oh! and I've officially lost 30% of my body weight. Not my excess weight, my total weight! So, I'm a third smaller than I was in March. Pretty sick!
