Thank God!
My eating has not been good and I'm just glad to be back to normal today. I am journalling food again, cutting carbs and paying super close attention to hunger and satisfaction cues, etc. Thankfully I haven't abandoned all good habits (like, I still don't drink with meals). I journaled a few days before the Holidays and I know that discipline is what allowed me to finally break the 200 barrier. Also, my working out has been kicked up a little bit, so it's dumb to waste that effort by eating poorly. Right? RIGHT.
My Fitness Pal says for my height/current weight to eat 1200 calories to lose 1.5 lbs/week. That pace is far slower than I've gone historically but at my weight and stuff I know it's going to slow. I am, surprisingly, really fine with that. I just want to keep going down - - and not up.
If I keep it up (1.5 lbs a week) I'll be at my goal weight (22 lbs to go) in 15 weeks. That puts me at April 21st. Truly I'd like to get it done by March 11 - my one year surgiversary! If not, then by April 8th when I go to Paris!
Plans for the week:
Workouts: Tuesday Couch to 5K run, Thursday Trainer, + Something else.
Food: Concentrate on carb cutting and staying below 1200 calories/day.
