Then This Happened

I don't have much to report.  Still struggling to get the eating fully back on track.  Some days are worse than others but the scale seems to be hanging in and even still going down a bit. Think what I could do if I was fully engaged like I was a few months ago!

Anyway, I was hoping to be here with the big ONDERLAND post but I'm not there yet (close though!  201.4 this morning!).
